Body-Cladding Sliding Clip

Replacement sliding clip for the upper row of the lower door/body cladding, developed and tested on a 1999 roadster. The creator reports more than three months of exterior Texas use from 27–44 °C and testing to 233 km/h, specifies vertical print orientation, grid infill and 15% infill, and warns that higher infill reduced performance. The creator was told that similar cladding on 124- and 140-series cars may use it but could not confirm that fitment, so no cross-generation link is added. Compare the original upper clip and cladding rail, use UV-, heat- and impact-resistant material and confirm the panel remains secure at road speed.
