The creator reverse engineered the part from a van, had it printed in nylon and used it in the left vent; the source only suggests, rather than proves, that other front vents share the same internal geometry. Match the original left-side fin assembly before use, print in tough cabin-heat-resistant material, finish the pivots without removing retention features, and confirm every fin moves freely, stays aligned and does not obstruct airflow.
