Trim cover for the upper seat-belt height-adjuster anchor. Source photographs show the printed cover installed over the factory adjuster; it is cosmetic and must not carry belt load. Use tough cabin-heat-resistant material, preserve unobstructed adjuster travel, never cover damage or alter the belt, anchor or mechanism, and confirm the belt retracts, adjusts and locks normally after fitting.
