BY PATRICK MCSWEENEYReplacement dashboard side vent explicitly identified for 1997–2004 SLK 230 Kompressor cars. The source photograph shows a physical vent installed in the dashboard; the creator recommends high-temperature PLA or PETG and reports a FILACUBE HT-PLA print survived a Texas summer with very little distortion. Match the side-vent opening and original vane function, use cabin-heat-resistant material and verify secure seating and unrestricted airflow and adjustment.
