Rear Wind Deflector

Single-piece rear wind-deflector pattern for CNC or laser cutting, shown in a source composite installed between the roll bars. The creator recommends at least 6 mm clear acrylic and reusable black zip ties. Confirm roll-bar spacing, cabin and retractable-roof clearances, round and polish all edges, use UV- and impact-resistant sheet, secure every tie with trimmed ends away from occupants and verify the panel cannot loosen or obstruct rearward visibility.
