Cigarette-Lighter Socket Adapter
Push-fit mechanical adapter that converts the smaller dashboard lighter opening to accept the larger socket insert shown by the creator. The creator supplies one STL and physical source images but does not state socket current, fuse rating or heat testing. Match the opening and chosen insert, use flame- and cabin-heat-resistant material, retain the original fused circuit limits, insulate all terminals, keep the socket clear of adjacent controls and stop use if the print softens, loosens or heats.
Third-Brake-Lamp Support
Support for the interior third brake lamp, shown as a physical print and fitted at the base of the rear window. The source does not state body-style, market or production-break coverage, so compare the lamp, parcel shelf and rear-glass profile before printing. Use UV- and cabin-heat-resistant material, preserve the full illuminated area and wiring clearance, secure the lamp against vibration and verify operation and rear visibility before road use.

Ashtray Storage Bin
Storage-bin replacement for the factory ashtray opening. The source notes that light from the original ashtray bulb can shine through light-coloured material and supplies one STL with source renders. Use opaque cabin-heat-resistant material if light bleed is undesirable, compare the ashtray opening and lamp clearance, deburr the edges and confirm the bin and stored items cannot interfere with the selector, controls or occupants or become loose under braking.

Headlamp-Leveling Vacuum Coupling
Replacement pneumatic coupling for the vacuum-operated headlamp height adjustment, developed for a C180 after the original connector broke and leaked. The creator sealed the printed part with nail polish to make it airtight. Match both hose and headlamp ports, use fuel/oil/heat-resistant material suitable for engine-bay vacuum service, seal without obstructing the passages, leak-test the system and verify both lamps adjust and remain correctly aimed before night driving. The moulded fragment “012502” is preserved as evidence but is not treated as a complete Mercedes part number.

Door-Sill Retaining Pin
Small retaining pin used by the creator to mount a threshold/door-sill trim panel on this vehicle generation. Source images show the printed pin beside original-style pins and at the sill mounting points. Compare the original pin, panel hole and body socket before printing; use a tough cabin- and weather-resistant material, remove sharp edges, press-fit without forcing brittle trim and confirm the sill panel is fully retained and cannot foul the door.
Dashboard-Vent Phone Holder
Phone holder made for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and shown physically installed across the centre dashboard vents. Confirm the phone dimensions, vent geometry, hazard/control access and sight lines before use. Print in cabin-heat-resistant material, deburr all contact surfaces, avoid loading fragile vent vanes and verify the phone cannot detach, obscure the road or interfere with controls or airbags under braking.

Cassette-Slot Cup Holder
Cup holder for a cassette-deck opening, tested by the creator in this vehicle generation with 12 oz and 16 oz UK cups. Two OBJ variants are supplied: zero degrees and 25 degrees; the creator states the 25-degree version keeps a drink upright in this cabin. The stereo must remain in cassette-eject mode while fitted. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, verify the deck supports the holder without damage, keep liquids away from electrical controls and occupants, and test retention with a cold, closed container before road use; hot liquids and abrupt braking can cause burns or electronic damage.

Front Speaker Adapter Ring
Front-door speaker adapter for shallow 160–170 mm drivers; the creator used a 50 mm-deep Pioneer driver. The supplied geometry is for the right/passenger side and must be mirrored for the left/driver side. The source specifies no supports, 0.3 mm layers, 0.8 mm walls and 30% infill, and requires drilling a small wire hole and sealing it after routing. Match the speaker basket and door mounting pattern, use cabin-heat- and vibration-resistant material, protect wiring, seal the wire opening and confirm both adapter and driver remain secure without interfering with glass or trim.
